August 25, 2011, Ray May Fire Update
The total acreage burned is still 3,895, with a cost of $2,195,000 and 100% contained. The Type II Incident Command Team will turn the fire back over to a Type 4 team on August 2 at 6 a.m. and began the team demobilization process. The Type 4 team finished the rehabilitation and mop up, making sure any hot spots were taken care of.
